Harveys: Real Living
I recently designed a microsite for Harveys called Real Living. Its key role is to showcase product, encourage visitor engagement and drive traffic to the Harveys ecommerce site. In contrast to the ecommerce site, this area has been created to give more of a lifestyle spin to Harveys product so that customers have more of an emotive connection to the pieces on sale and Harveys as a brand. I was also part of the team that originally pitched for the work, so it was really sastisfying to see it evolve from concepts to reality.
As part of the media campaign I also designed a series of ‘blipps’, which were designed to bring a Harveys print magazine powerfully to life. Customers scan their smartphone over pages to unlock clever additional digital content, such as a magic colour wheel that shows you what colours go well together - great when matching cushions to sofas, say.
